- Store log in (this site) is where you order your food. If you need to reset your password you can do so. Please save your password. Orders are drop shipped from Ideal Protein and can take up to 12 days to arrive depending where you live in Canada.
- Ideal Protein App is a different log in and is where you enter you inches and sync your weight. Weekly videos, reminders and the food journal also on the app. Support for the app can be done directly via settings on the app and goes direct to Ideal Protein.

- info@vitalbody.ca is how you contact the store for any support on your orders
- Scheduling. We use Acuity. Click Here for the scheduler to book a check in. You can also look in your email for the appointment confirmation and it will have a a reschedule or cancel button.
We offer a full service coaching experience. Your dedicated coach reviews your data, thinks ahead for what may be useful for you and is deeply committed to your success.
The subscription includes all you need to be successful – food, supplements and coaching.
If you need to stop your protocol for any reason, discuss options with your coach to optimize all the work you have done.
That being said you can head to My Account on this site anytime, click on subscriptions and cancel your subscription – no notice is required. Your coach will keep your upcoming check in so you can look at your best options for moving forward.
We do not offer any refunds. However if a product is defective we will of course replace or refund. If you have any issues with a product please reach out to us so we can make it right.
