Phase 2 – Welcome to Stabilization and discovering your unique macro code.  Coaching fee includes 4 boxes for the month and your essential nutritional supplements and 1:1 coaching by a Certified Ideal Protein Coach. The length of phase 2 will depend on a number of variables but is generally 8-24 weeks.

We totally appreciate the need to be flexible.  That is why we have no contracts and one can cancel any time, no notice is required. We do not offer any refunds or store credit upon cancellation. The subscription is a program fee that ensures you receive coaching by a Certified Ideal Protein Coach and the support from Vital Body resources along with the required food and essential nutritional replacements while on protocol.
